POTATO YAMS BABY

Baby yams, (sweet potatoes) are the young, orange edible root of a sweet potato, generally from the Garnet sweet potato or Jewel sweet potato varieties. Baby “Yams” are small, roughly tubular in shape. Their ends taper to a point.
