The mission at Blessings of Hope is "To feed the hungry by facilitating partnerships between food suppliers and nonprofits in a way that brings God’s blessings to both."

J. Ambrogi Foods and Kristy Kuts recognize that waste is a pervasive problem in the food distribution industry. And as a supplier of fresh produce, we are in a unique position to make a difference.

In the United States alone, food waste accounts for an estimated 30-40% of the food supply.1 And in a nation where there are an estimated 34 million people (including 9 million children) that are considered food insecure,2 there are a myriad of solutions we can seek to minimize the impact of wasted food and eliminate hunger once and for all.

Through our partnership with their “Hands of Hope” program, we work to donate cases of produce to Blessings of Hope that are distributed to families in need. These are donations we make on behalf of our customers, employees, and all members of the J. Ambrogi Foods and Kristy Kuts Family. Our goal of ensuring zero food waste and addressing hunger in our community is an integral part of our company mission.
