PEPPER YELLOW

Equally good cooked or raw, bell peppers provide splashes of color and flavor to any dish. They can be a complement to any dish when sliced, but also become the centerpiece when they are stuffed. Yellow peppers are sweeter than green peppers, but less so compared to red due to them being harvested before red. These peppers also have plenty of vitamin C and antioxidants.
