PEPPER BANANA

Approximately 2 – 3 inches and curved similar to its fruit namesake. Also commonly known as a yellow wax pepper, this pepper is of medium size, typically bright yellow with a mild tangy taste, not very hot, and often pickled.                                       

Substitute: Pepperoncini or Hungarian Wax Pepper (hot)
