MICRO BORAGE

This microgreen consists of slender stems averaging 5 to 7 centimeters in length with soft, fuzz covered leaves. The refreshing cucumber flavor makes it an ideal edible garnish for salads, soups, tacos, and roasted meats. Since the crisp texture of the leaves can wilt during the cooking process, it is recommended to add micro borage to a dish afterwards as a finishing touch.
