MARJORAM

Similar in look to oregano, marjoram is a sweeter herb with a citrus flavor as well. It is often used to flavor different soups, salads, and types of meat. For storage keep fresh marjoram in a loose, damp paper towel in a plastic bag, then place in your refrigerator.
