LIME KEY

Key limes (also known as West Indian limes) are smaller and rounder than regular Persian limes along with having a more yellow and thinner skin. They’re also prized for their more intense, acidic, and floral flavor. You may recognize them from their namesake key lime pie – but they also have their uses in marinades, dressings, and cocktails.
