LETTUCE GREEN LEAF

Green Leaf is a mild flavored leaf vegetable commonly used in salads and sandwiches. This type of lettuce has tender, delicate green leaves that are not as crisp as Romaine or Iceberg. It is typically eaten raw, but is also delicious grilled, sauteed, or braised.
