Arcadian Harvest Mixed greens are a washed and ready to eat lettuce blend with minimal preparation time, saving your kitchen time and money. A unique European lettuce species, it’s bred from various combinations of Green Leaf, Red Leaf, Tangos, Lollo Rosa, Batavia, and Oak Leaf.
With their fully mature, petite whole leaves that are more robust than baby lettuces, Arcadian greens are single cut (once at the base) eliminating the pinking normally seen in chopped lettuces.
