HONEYDEW

Honeydew melons are at their tastiest in the summer, with the highest brix/sugar content during the hottest months of the year. As its name might suggest, honeydew has a sweet honey-like aroma, with cool cucumber overtones. Perfect eaten as a snack, in salads or in desserts.
