CABBAGE NAPA

An incredibly versatile vegetable, Napa cabbage can be used in several different ways and in countless dishes. When raw it gives off a peppery taste ideal for slaws and as a topping on tacos. When cooked it becomes sweeter and is often used in stews. It is also popular pickled, like in sauerkraut and kimchi. It is one of the sweetest varieties of cabbage.
