Also known as Cripps apples, the Pink Lady is often described as simultaneously tart and sweet. This variety is also known for its higher acidity levels and chewy flesh. Pink Ladies are extremely versatile; they can be sliced and eaten as a snack, or used in salads, desserts, or sauces.
