IQF rhubarb that has been cut, washed and sorted. All slices are approximately 13mm in length. GMO free.

Rhubarb stalks are commonly cooked with sugar and used in pies, desserts, or sauces. Rhubarb goes great with strawberries for a sweet & tart taste.
