Mint is one of the most versatile herbs around. It grows exceptionally well and its highly aromatic leaves help to repel pests in the garden. Mint can be used to lend zest to vegetable dishes, spruce up salads, juice, spreads, and fruits, and create one delicious cup of tea. Mint jelly has been used to liven up meat such as lamb for years. We typically carry locally grown mint for most of the year.
