PEPPER RED

Equally good cooked or raw, bell peppers provide splashes of color and flavor to any dish. They can be a complement to any dish when sliced, but also become the centerpiece when they are stuffed. Red peppers are the sweetest (and ripest) bell pepper as they are last type to be harvested. They’re also full of vitamin C and antioxidants.
