PEPPER GREEN

Equally good cooked or raw, bell peppers provide splashes of color and flavor to any dish. They can be a complement to any dish when sliced, but also become the centerpiece when they are stuffed.

Green bell peppers are slightly more bitter in taste than yellow or red because they are harvested earliest. These peppers also have plenty of vitamin C and antioxidants.
