MICRO MINT

Micro mint is a very aromatic microgreen with a robust flavor combining sweet, herbaceous, and vegetal elements. The cooling aftertaste also pairs well with sweet and savory dishes alike. Commonly used as an edible garnish, and – more recently – used in place of full-sized mint leaves in an assortment of drinks.
