PAPAYA CS

Papayas are an orange tropical fruit that have a sweet flavor somewhat similar to a cantaloupe. The orange flesh’s sweetness is a contrast to the black seeds within, which have a spicy flavor to them (they are sometimes used as a substitute for black pepper). The fruit is also often used as a meat tenderizer because of an enzyme it contains which helps break down proteins.
