Occasionally referred to as “Baby Bellas,” Creminis are a dark brown, slightly firmer variation of the everyday cultivated white mushrooms. Creminis have a fuller flavor than standard white mushrooms. Their smooth rounded cap ranges in size from 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter. Portobello Mushrooms are the fully matured form of the Cremini.
