Dan Graiff Farms LLC can trace its roots back to the 1950’s, when Dan and James Graiffs’ father started farming the land in Newfield, NJ. Now at over 200 acres, the farm harvests arugula, basil, dill, mint, cilantro, and more. They are serious about the sanitation of post-harvesting since they strive to deliver a top quality and clean product. Graiff Farms employs sustainable farming practices and is always looking for innovative ways to continue and improve their farming process. To ensure cleanliness, they take 15 minutes to complete every postharvest handling.
