LETTUCE ICEBERG

Crunchy and cool, the most popular lettuce in the US is iceberg lettuce. It is perfect for a refreshing salad (like a wedge salad) or sandwich and wraps. While often derided as the less healthy cousin of other lettuce, iceberg still provides some vitamins and fiber as well as being slightly less caloric than romaine lettuce.

Each head comes individually wrapped in cellophane.
