CAULIFLOWER GREEN

Green cauliflower is a natural cross between broccoli and cauliflower with a mild and sweet flavor, suitable for boiling, stir-frying, roasting, frying, and steaming. When cooked, the heads develop a chewy, tender texture, and the taste becomes slightly sweeter. All parts of the plant, including the stem and leaves, are edible.
