CUCUMBER SEEDLESS

Often called burpless, euro, or hot house cucumbers, this variety is seedless, has a thin skin, and is packaged in a plastic wrapper, unlike a garden cucumber which has a waxy coating. Prep time is minimal, as the skin does not need to peeled and there are no seeds to pick out.
