GRAPEFRUIT STAR RUBY

Star Ruby grapefruits have a rind that is yellow orange with a blush of rose indicating ripeness. The peel is medium-thick and bittersweet laden with volatile oils that intensify when the rind is punctured or zested, releasing a bouquet of citrus aromatics. Star Ruby grapefruit has the darkest flesh of all the red grapefruit varieties.
