BROCCOLI CHINESE

Also known as gai-lan or kai-lan, chinese broccoli has a thick green stem and dark green leaves. The flavor profile is compared to broccoli, being bitter and sweet. The flavor does mellow when product has been cooked. Used mainly as a stir-fry vegetable.
