MUSHROOM CHANTERELLE GOLD

Gold chanterelles are a beautiful orange mushroom with an apricot-like aromatic scent. The entire mushroom – including the stem – is edible, and the texture is meaty and very tender. With a shelf life of approximately 10 days, gold chanterelles pair well with eggs, poultry, and seafood.

In season typically from mid-June through December.
