ATAULFO MANGO (CHAMPAGNE)

What sets Ataulfos apart from a typical mango? For starters, they are much smaller than most. Known for their honey sweet flavor, they contain a thin seed which means for room for soft, juicy flesh. They are also butter-soft with a non-fibrous texture which makes them perfect for smoothies, lassis, and sorbets.

Typically available from late February to early August, but can be available year round depending on origin.
