All areas of the warehouse are monitored by a state of the art wireless temperature system. The temperatures in each respective cooler are logged twice a day via a central monitoring station to ensure that there are no fluctuations in the storage environment. All of the coolers are alarmed to alert our managers of even the smallest change in the temperature 24 hours 7 days a week.
